“A beautifully layered Champagne with crisp acidity and a saline finish.”
White blossom and lemon pith notes intermingle with classic orchard aromas on the nose. The palate shows greater richness of white peach, nectarine and pastry characters balancing with a broad mouthfeel, fine mousse and crisp acidity. The finish is long and layered, with a subtle oyster shell salinity adding great complexity.
Food pairing: With great concentration and structure, this Champagne can successfully pair with a range of dishes. Try moules marinère, salmon wellington or a rich cheese fondue to best enhance the complexity of the wine.
