Candied lemon, golden apple and biscuity aromas show on the nose, continuing to develop on the palate along with fleshy stonefruit flavours and flinty minerality. The acidity is firm and taut, balancing a fine and persistent mousse on a long finish. Beautifully clean and precise.

Food pairing: A refreshing and elegant style, perfect as an aperitif or with lighter flavoured dishes. Pair with smoked salmon, caviar or soft cheeses to best reflect the wine’s delicacy.

Dosage: Brut.
Delicate and elegant, this Champagne is made 100% with Chardonnay grapes harvested in 2015.
It is blended exclusively with Cuvée wines which come from the first press and are the best quality juices.
Our Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is aged for a minimum of 5 to 6 years before it reaches our customers.
