This pink and fruity Champagne is blended with Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes harvested in 2015.
Our Rose champagne is aged for a minimum of 4 to 5 years before we offer it to our customers.

Tasting
Light pink colour with Salmon notes.
Opening notes are going straight towards a mix of red fruits: strawberry, cherry and currant.
A light hazel note brings a nice touch. Animals and spicy nuances comes out in a second nose. These notes then blend with exotic pineapple and lime aromas from the chardonnay.
Well balanced mouth where freshness and maturity work in harmony with each other.
The strawberry brings candy notes and the cherry adds the liquorish synonymous of nice evolution.
The after taste of this Champagne is tasty and its maturity gives it a nice personality.
