1. Terms

By accessing the website at http://jeanboucton.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 

2. Order ad restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone who is under 18 years of age in the UK.
Also, we will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under that age.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
All guests and attendees of our events including but not limited to private dining, wine tasting, cocktails, master classes, thematic clubs must be 18 years or older.
In line with our Company’s age verification policy and to comply with UK law, guests and attendees may be asked to produce photographic identification with proof of age and may be refused entry if not able to comply.
We reserve the right not to accept an order.
All of our goods are subject to availabilities. Our Champagnes are available by cases of 1, 3 or 6 depending on the Cuvee and the size of the bottle and can be subject to minimum orders.
In the unfortunate event that a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, substitution, or propose another acceptable arrangement. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of the cancellation of your order and will not charge you for the goods.

 

3. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the website are in £ or € and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
We reserve the right to change our prices and adjust our offers of goods and services at our discretion at any time subject to stock and availability changes.
If by mistake, we have mis-priced a good or service, we will not be liable to provide the good or service and we will contact you to propose to continue with the order at the right price or notify you of the cancellation and refund of the mis-priced product or service.
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and subject to agreement direct bank transfers. Where payment is made by way of bank transfer we will provide appropriate bank or payee details upon request. Goods will not be released until cleared funds are in place. We reserve possession of all goods until cleared funds are received as payment.

 

4. Vouchers

Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be sold and can only be redeemed on our website. They can only be used once and cannot be transferred.
A voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offer and one of a voucher OR an offer only can be redeemed per order.
Minimum orders and other deal specifics may apply to vouchers.
Vouchers are limited in time, and otherwise specified will be valid for a maximum of two months after they have been released.
Vouchers and offers are subject to availabilities.
We keep the right to notify a client of the cancellation and refund of an order if we consider a voucher was used inappropriately.

 

5. Special offers

Special offers have no cash value, can not be sold, are subject to availability and can be redeemed on our website in the form of a discount code.
Special offers are limited in time, and otherwise specified will be valid for a maximum of one month after they have been released.
Offers are only available while stocks last, and we reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time. Minimum orders and other deal specifics may apply to special offers.
An offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and one offer only can be redeemed per order.
Offers are limited to one transaction per person and per household.
In the case a special offer would be addressed to an identified list of clients, would be subject to special terms and conditions (eg: professional offer), would be part of a special client arrangement (eg: product placement), it cannot be transferred.
We keep the right to notify a client of the cancellation and refund of an order if we consider a special offer was used inappropriately.

 

6. Delivery

We usually deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday within 5 working days from receipt of an order.
Orders will usually be delivered within 48h for London and 72hours for the rest of the UK.
This may be extended during peak periods.
We will make every effort to deliver our clients’ in due time however, we are dependent to other providers and to circumstances beyond our control and will not take responsibility or be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full.

7. Return of goods / cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time until 14 working days after delivery.
Provided that the goods remain in good condition, a refund can be offered upon reception of a written cancellation request.
We keep the right to apply a charge for collection in the UK. If returned cases or products are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged.
Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days.

 

8. Queries and complaints

If you have any queries or complaints regarding your purchase, contact us on the following email info@jeanboucton.com quoting your invoice reference.
A complaint can take up to 28 days to resolve, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If any dispute arises, we will use our reasonable endeavors to consult or negotiate in good faith, and attempt to reach a just and equitable settlement satisfactory to you, us and any partner involved.

 

9. Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Jean Boucton Champagne’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
